Last month, Tom found a small gray cat in the park. The cat was wet and hungry, so Tom took it home. He gave it milk and a warm towel. The next day, he took the cat to the vet. The vet said the cat was healthy but very young. Tom decided to keep it and called it Smoky. Now Smoky sleeps on Tom’s bed every night and waits for him at the door after work.
